Quality Standards & Testing Protocol
Every product we sell ships with independent third-party verification, HPLC purity confirmation, and full batch traceability. No shortcuts. No self-reported data. No exceptions.
Three-Stage Verification Protocol
Before any batch receives a BioReceptor Labs lot number, it must pass all three stages of our independent verification protocol. If any stage fails, the batch is rejected — regardless of supplier, cost, or demand.
HPLC Purity Analysis
High-Performance Liquid Chromatography confirms compound purity at ≥99%. Every batch must meet this minimum threshold or it is rejected from our inventory.
≥99% REQUIREDIndependent Lab Verification
Liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry verifies molecular weight and sequence identity against reference standards. Confirms you receive exactly what is documented.
IDENTITY VERIFIEDBatch Traceability Screening
third-party verification and batch verification ensures each batch meets safety thresholds for laboratory use. Endotoxin levels documented on every COA.
SAFETY SCREENEDCertificate of Analysis (COA)
Every order ships with a downloadable Certificate of Analysis generated by an independent, accredited laboratory — never by BioReceptor Labs, never by the supplier. This zero-conflict-of-interest approach is the foundation of our quality promise.
Each COA documents purity percentage and chromatographic profile from HPLC analysis, molecular weight confirmation from mass spectrometry, verification test results and verification levels, test date and accreditation information, and batch-specific lot numbers for full traceability.
Research Integrity Score — Batch Criteria
Every batch is evaluated against these criteria before release. All items must pass.
Storage & Handling
All lyophilized peptide compounds are stored at recommended temperatures prior to shipment. Products ship in professional packaging with appropriate thermal protection. Upon receipt, researchers should store products according to the specifications on each product page and COA — typically at -20°C for long-term storage or 2–8°C for short-term use.
Batch Release Protocol
No batch is released for sale until all documentation has been reviewed and accepted. This means the independent COA is on file, HPLC purity meets the ≥99% threshold, third-party verified identity matches the reference standard, verification and verification results fall within acceptable limits, the lot number has been assigned and entered into our tracking system, and the product has been visually inspected for packaging integrity.
This protocol applies to every batch — first order or hundredth order, regardless of supplier history or demand urgency.
Our Packaging Standard
Every vial features professional-grade labeling with batch tracking, QR verification, RUO compliance, and cold-storage instructions.
