No. As a Research Use Only supplier, we do not provide dosage instructions, reconstitution protocols for personal use, injection guidance, or any instructions related to human or animal administration. Our products are reference materials for qualified researchers.
All lyophilized peptide compounds should be stored at -20°C for long-term storage or 2–8°C for short-term use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Specific storage recommendations are included on each product page and COA.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping within the US typically takes 3–5 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. All orders over $200 ship free.
Currently, we ship within the United States only. International shipping may be offered in the future pending regulatory and compliance review for each jurisdiction.
Yes. All orders over $200 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. Orders under $200 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated by destination at checkout.
We are evaluating institutional and volume ordering programs. If you represent a university, research institution, CRO, or licensed laboratory and are interested in volume orders, please contact us to discuss your research needs. Institutional inquiries are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of our research compounds and strict quality control requirements, all sales are final once shipped. We cannot accept returns on peptides because we cannot verify storage conditions after delivery. However, we will make it right in these situations: (1) Wrong product shipped — we will send the correct product at no charge. (2) Product damaged during shipping — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will send a replacement. (3) Order lost or never delivered — we will file a carrier claim and reship your order or issue store credit. All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost packages). Contact us with your order number and photos if applicable.
