These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of bioreceptorlabs.com (the “Site”) and any purchase made from BioReceptor Labs LLC (“BRL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site, creating a research account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Research Use Only

All products sold on this Site are strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not for human or animal consumption, and are not drugs, supplements, food, cosmetics, or household chemicals under any applicable law. By placing an order, you affirm that you are a qualified researcher or research institution and that the products will be used solely for legitimate laboratory research purposes, in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. 2. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 21 years of age to access the Site’s research catalog or place an order. By registering a research account, you represent that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to purchase research materials on behalf of yourself or your institution.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, incomplete verification, or non-compliance with these Terms. Payment must be received in full via an accepted payment method before an order is processed and shipped. 4. Shipping

Shipping timelines and restrictions are described on our Shipping Policy page. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of lyophilized research compounds, all sales are final once shipped, as described in our Refund & Replacement Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BioReceptor Labs LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased, including but not limited to misuse of any product outside its stated research-use purpose. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
